We bring the table, the stands and the wow

A Flowbase event station is never just trays of dessert. We design the spread around your theme, bring our own stands, linens and signage, set everything up ninety minutes before doors, and return for teardown so your venue deposit stays intact.

Menus mix mini versions of our signature bakes — two-bite tarts, cupcake flights, glass verrines, cake-cutting centrepieces — balanced so there is something for every palate and dietary need in the room.

Locked in, three steps flat

Scope call

A 20-minute call or WhatsApp thread covering venue, guest count, theme and budget. We follow up with a menu proposal in 48 hours.

Tasting & contract

Taste the shortlisted items at our Bangsar studio. A 40% deposit and signed run sheet confirm your date.

Show day

We arrive 90 minutes early, style the station, brief your emcee on the cake moment, and clear everything after.
